**OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Facilitate, coordinate and engage key business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and deliver business process documentation, training where needed or for new/changed functionality
- Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and utilization of new business processes / solutions.
- Provide leadership, managing the resolution process of critical, high-priority issues in live production systems
- Outline to key stakeholders, issues, risks and opportunities within processes & projects
- Budgeting & Forecasting of Break Fix, Adhoc and Project costs
- Preparing, planning and monitoring project plans, including resource planning
- Work with Vendors, Consultants on the execution of system and process changes
- Recommend improvements to maintain & ensure data integrity, consistency and quality.
- Design, Implement and manage Documentation within PMO Workflow

- Knowledge of Business Structure, stakeholder analysis
- Experience in requirements engineering, cost benefit analysis, process modeling
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority, coach and develop diverse groups with sound communications
- Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and SAP.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Experience in multiple SAP functional areas such as SAP Finance, SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Master Data Management, SAP Production Execution & Production Planning, and others
- Experience using Service Desk technology; JIRA
- Experience with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence systems

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- University degree in Computer Science or Business, or relevant education and experience
- Experience working in a related field as a Business Analyst, Project Manager and ERP Functional support
- Project management experience

**PREFERED**:

- PMP or other project management certification
- Business Analyst certification
- Experience working with SAP in a manufacturing environment
