**OVERVIEW**
- The
- **Quality Assurance Manager** ensures quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with industry standards and customer specifications by overseeing all elements of Quality Assurance across Emmerson Packaging’s production facilities.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Business Process Owner (BPO) for the department-specific SAP module
- Develops analytics to improve department efficiencies and monitor internal workload
- Manages Emmerson Packaging’s quality assurance policies, procedures, and audit controls to meet business requirements
- Plans and coordinates the development, approval, implementation, and maintenance of Management System (MS) procedures and work instructions
- Contributes to the implementation of process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations
- Facilitates quality improvement teams
- Delegates approving and controlling authority for all Management System (MS) documents
- Maintains records associated with the Management System (MS)
- Performs Lead Auditor duties

**REQUIRMENTS**
- 3-5 years’ experience working in Quality Assurance role
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a Supervisory or Management role

**PREFERRED**
- Post-secondary degree in Business or Engineering
- Working experience with management systems such as ISO 9000, SQF, or other international quality management standards
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in the flexographic printing industry
