**Responsibilities**:
Design and drafting of blueprints for residential and commercial buildings

Client coordination

Design and drafting of engineering drawings (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical)

Site visit as per projects

Efficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.

Stakeholder coordination

**Qualification**:
Expert on AutoCAD and Civil 3D software

Over 5 years of experience in design of new residential commercial buildings

Over 5 years of experience in design of new Residential multi-family

Over 5 years of experience in design of Tenant Improvements

Experience in managing small and medium size projects

Positive attitude in work place

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with clients and other personnel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
