This role will require the ability to take initiative, multitask, and work independently at times while staying organized. The Service Dispatch Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for client and customer service calls. They will be required to help troubleshoot and problem solve while having the ability to react quickly to plan and reschedule. This position will also have to show leadership and manage customer relationships, along with Service Technicians.

The Service Dispatch Coordinator must be able to adapt and react well with change as in the coming months we will be implementing and altering our systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and plan with department peers (Service & Parts department) to effectively and efficiently dispatch customers requirements;
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner;
- Update web portals with up-to-date customer information and new calls as needed;
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Assigning daily work/calls to other team members;
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints;
- Perform other duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of dispatch experience is an asset
- Excellent & professional verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects
- Positive attitude with good people skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
