**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Junior Lead Generation Specialist with either a technical background in automation or a proven track record in sales. This role is critical in driving our growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their automation needs, and introducing them to our advanced solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and bringing QBOT’s innovative solutions to manufacturers around the world.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop a deep understanding of QBOT’s offerings and effectively communicate the value of our automation solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives and technical teams.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies based on industry feedback.
- Continuously research and understand industry trends, target markets, and competitors.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B, industrial automation, or a technical field.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with could CRM software.
- Technical knowledge or an interest in industrial automation is a significant plus.
**Education/Experience**:
- Background in engineering, automation, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Sales experience is highly valued.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or technical sales is preferred.
**Location and Eligibility Requirement**:
- Applicant must be permanent resident or citizen of Canada.
