**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor assists in day-to-day operations by managing a team of dedicated drivers and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuel and lubricants to clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Supervise, coach, motivate performance management for drivers, in consultation with the Sr. Operations Manager and HR, always maintaining confidentiality
- Overseeing day to day operations in Burlington and St. Catherine’s. Providing oversite to driver group and dispatch
- Drive a culture of proactivity and contribute in a positive way to effectively prevent or address potential safety, employee, or client problems
- Additional duties as required to ensure effective function of operations
- Develop and maintain driver / customer handbook site instructions, contacts etc.
- General Dispatch support and vacation coverage

**About You**
- University or College degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience in oil, gas, and construction an asset
- Must be able to drive a truck with a valid DZ license and clean drivers abstract
- Ability to provide direction, training, and support to drivers
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and phone
- Great attention to detail
- Dispatch experience an asset
