Since launching our flagship Generative AI product, we have blown past our revenue targets quarter over quarter, and are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to help us scale. We’ve also just announced our Series C funding and are looking for someone to help drive our growth, scale our efforts, and seize new opportunities in this exciting phase

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Product Marketing to establish and lead our product marketing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define our go-to-market strategy, refine our positioning and messaging, develop pricing and packaging strategies, and drive key initiatives that will shape our success. Reporting to the CMO, you will develop a deep understanding of our ideal customers, buyers, competitors, and the unique value Blue J delivers. With these insights, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, growing, and retaining customers who align with our business objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market excellence, identify new opportunities, and influence the product roadmap. **What You’ll be Doing**:

- ** Go-to-Market Execution**: Build close relationships across sales, customer experience, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in support of our GTM motion.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to uncover buyer insights and identify new market opportunities.
- ** Positioning and Messaging**: Define and align teams on the problems we’re solving, our target audience, and the value we deliver. Develop a differentiated market point of view and translate it into compelling content across the buyer journey.
- ** Product Launches**: Plan and execute cross-functional launch strategies to bring new product innovations to market and ensure internal teams are confident in positioning them.
- ** Pricing & Packaging**:Collaborate with CMO and other members of the pricing committee to maintain/update pricing & packaging, as needed.
- ** Customer Lifecycle**: Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to support customers throughout their journey and help them achieve key milestones.
- ** Enablement**: Develop materials such as competitive battlecards, solution briefs, and pitch decks to support sales and customer success teams.
- ** Leadership and Mentorship**: Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment and mentor team members to help them achieve their career goals.
- ** Measuring Impact**: Define success metrics for product marketing and share progress with teams and leaders across the organization.

**What You Offer Blue J**:

- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with 5-7 years in a Product Marketing leadership role.
- Proven ability to thrive in a lean marketing team—whether as the sole Product Marketer or part of a small team. Bonus points if you were the first product marketing hire and have built the function from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a similar role.
- Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable impact.
- Strong ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, messaging, and materials that fuel growth and product adoption.
