Overseas daily operations, Staff management hiring, training, scheduling, financial oversight including inventory, budget & Cost Control. Strong Leadership, Communications, Organized skills, also worked as a crew member in an airline are essential for this role.
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a full-service or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with documented success in managing large teams (15+ staff).
- Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and operational standards.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Also assist in other F&B department like Room Service & Banquet.
- Experience with inventory systems, scheduling software, and POS platforms.
- Excellent references from previous employers (will be verified).
- Also responsible for meeting the budget and experience in sales.
- To work on promotions & Strategy to increase sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise all front and back-of-house operations.
- Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate team members.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service at all times.
- Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce waste.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Actively Manage Restaurant Social Media accounts in partnership with execute Chef/ F&B Director.
- Constantly drive innovation by actively promoting your restaurant within the community.
- Accountable for driving revenue and profit through development & implementation of strategic practice and Promotions while in keeping with the overall concept.
- Work in partnership with the Executive Chef/ F&B Director to execute the smooth & Flawless operation of both the Front & Back of the house.

**Skills & Qualification**
- Worked as a Crew Member in Airline.
- Knowledge of Current Food & Beverage trends.
- Previous leadership experience in an equivalent role.
- Proven ability in menu design, offering, effective marketing plans & online reputation management.
- Scheduling flexibility is required to meet operation’s needs.
- Hours may include nights, weekends & holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)**:

- Culinary or Hospitality Management degree
- Familiarity with specific systems you use e.g., Toast, Micros, 7Shifts.
- Experience opening new restaurant locations or managing units
