Are you a skilled handyman with leadership ambitions? This opportunity is designed for an experienced tradesperson ready to grow their own business—and eventually build a team. Operate independently under a trusted service brand with full support in marketing, lead generation, and business systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance, and small renovations
- Provide quotes and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage your own schedule and job pipeline
- Recruit and manage additional team members as your business expands
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a reliable work vehicle

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of handyman or trades experience
- Own tools and a truck or cargo van
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in team-building and business growth
