**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance updates.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in general maintenance or as a Handy Man is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
