We’re currently looking for a **Customer Experience & Admin Coordinator**—someone organized, personable, and ready to play a key role in keeping our operations and customer experience running smoothly.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As the first point of contact for our customers and a central hub for internal coordination, this role offers variety and impact. You’ll support our sales, warehouse, and delivery teams while ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming customers in person and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care
- Accurately entering customer orders and managing updates
- Preparing pick lists for the warehouse and assisting with delivery coordination
- Creating invoices, managing filing systems, and maintaining accurate order records using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
- Jumping in to help teammates and contribute wherever needed

**Who You Are**
- 1-2 years of experience in an office, customer service, or logistics environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A clear communicator with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative, adaptable workplace
