**What Does an Electrical Assembler Do?**

An Electrical Assembler mounts and wires electrical components. They are a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork.

They ensure production runs smoothly by:

- Following documented procedures, drawings, parts lists, and checklists during assembly.
- Using basic and powered hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Following company quality procedures for various hand and automated equipment.
- Alerting management of shortages, and other potential problems.
- Keeping the work area organized and tidy.
- Filling out documentation as required.
- Taking inhouse training as required.
- Performing other tasks, as assigned and deemed safe by the supervisor or designate, that may or may not be in your area of work.
- Adhering to the non-disclosure agreement.

**What Qualifications Do We Look For?**

1. 1-3 years experience assembling electronics (preferred)

2. Familiarity (and training) in the IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 Class 3 standard

3. Familiarity with ESD Precautions

4. Experience in Electrical design.

5. Proficient in electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

6. Ability to follow instructions and learn from written procedures.

7. Effective communication skills.

8. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

9. Strong attention to detail and precision.
