We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Home Appliance Division) who will establish relationships with our external and internal customers. **What you'd be doing**: Reporting to the Manager, HAD, the Inside Sales Representative supports dealer accounts to maintain and further develop business. This is a vital role in our customer-focused organization. Working closely with the Account Managers, as well as all internal departments, this individual is an excellent relationship builder, with an intuitive sense of collaboration. **Some Key responsibilities**: **_External Sales & Customer Support _** - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with standard dealers, through regular and structured communication with the goal of driving sales growth. - Establish first contact with new dealer prospects in order to vet fit as a potential partner and set up follow-up meeting with Account Manager, if qualified. - Update and maintain new dealer prospects in Salesforce. - Manage mass dealer communications, such as flyers/promotions, product information etc. - Act as the single point of contact and support for dealer accounts for day to day operational and marketing issues. **_Internal Sales Support & Operations _** - Support Product and Sales by owning and completing non-selling administrative tasks. - Monitor and report on monthly sales performance. - Maintain a detailed touchpoint history in the CRM by logging all customer data and interactions in a clear, timely manner for Standard dealers. **What we look for**: - Bilingualism, strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. - Degree or diploma in related field (business, marketing, customer relations management, etc.). - 5+ years experience in sales support, customer service, supply chain or a related area. - A strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. - Conscientious, detail-oriented work ethic with strong organization skills. - Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients. - Ability to think critically and quickly identify the root cause of issues. - Proactive and creative in seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions. - Challenging spirit (challenges the conventional with tact and respect). - Experience with CRM tools is an asset. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and other databases (pivot tables). **What you need to know about Brother**: - Our shared values are Inclusion, Collaboration, Customer Centricity and Social Responsibility. - We’re an open and honest group of people that foster a challenging spirit in all that we do. - "At your side" is more than a slogan; it’s our purpose and we do our best to fulfill it every day. - We’re great people who work hard, play hard and look out for each other because we’re a team - it’s that simple **What Brother has to offer**: - We're committed to achieving shared success and we provide opportunities for you to develop through experience, training and learning via Brother University. - RRSP program - we match up to 4% base salary per year after your first year of enrollment. - Insurance package that cares for you as much as we do. - Wellness subsidy to support your wellness goals. - Recognition Awards Program: we give and receive kudos through our social recognition program, where you accumulate points towards your preferred reward. - Friends and Family discount on Brother products saves you, your friends and family money on the things you need. - Hybrid work model (at home/in the office) provides greater balance in supporting our Brother Community and team spirit At Brother Canada, we strive to provide an environment where everyone feels valued by respecting individual differences and welcoming diverse life and work styles.
