**ACCOUNT MANAGER**
- A little creativity goes a long way. We’re looking for someone with an innovative spirit and the ability to think outside of traditional boundaries, all while keeping our company’s values in mind - we don’t want you doing anything that would hurt its reputation or integrity_
- This is definitely not your average account manager position; instead it takes more than talk here at this firm (though certainly there should be some good conversation). You’ll act primarily as our client’s outsourced lead generation. You will manage their pipeline and continue to build the relationship with our client on behalf of our firm._

OUR MAIN PRIORITY AT INTEGRITY BDI IS TO GROW OUR CLIENTS’ BUSINESSES.

**COLD CALLING**

You are not selling - you’re building a relationship. With the goal of booking an appointment on behalf our client, it’s all about connecting and building rapport.

**CRM MANAGEMENT**

Manage and maintain the CRM and prospect lists for each client you are responsible for.

**VOICE OF OUR CLIENTS**

We are looking for a team member who is proactive and passionate about sales and marketing, and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients and are the first impressions and VOICE of all the clients we work with to their prospects.

**EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Managing a portfolio of clients (accounts) and fostering a positive relationship with our clients
- Outbound lead generation (cold calling) for assigned accounts
- Inbound lead qualification for assigned accounts
- Communicating with the client on the progress of their campaign, creating and updating reports and summaries
- Collecting and maintaining data in the CRM for each account. Managing the prospect list in the CRM and pulling new lists, as required.
- Collaborating with our internal team

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- To ensure high-quality work, we need someone with experience and qualifications. You’ll find what you’re looking for in our list of requirements_
- Experience as an Account Manager, or similar sales / customer service role
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing is an asset, but not a requirement
- Experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales is an asset, but not required
