Our team member responsiblities include:

- cooking menu items
- coordinate with other team members to prepare meals and read tickets
- preparation of ingredients used in the making of meals
- cleaning stations and maintaining a clean environment
- keep track of inventory and maintain stock
- will be responsible to handle stove, grill, fryer and other types of kitchen equipment

Training will be provided to any who have a passion in the business and want to make a career of culinary arts.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Cantonese, mandarin, and/or english preferred
- Strong knife skills and use of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and/or nights
- Must be energetic with a passion for food and a positive attitude
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism (i.e. punctuality, commitment to the job, well-groomed, mannerly, great team work etc.)
- An asset if experienced and be knowledgeable in Japanese cuisine
- As asset if you have a Food Safety certificate
- Must fully vaccinated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
