The Tarcott Group is a leading residential and commercial management construction company, located in the Fraser Valley. Looking to fulfill the position of a Lead Restoration Technician. We handle all types of construction services for strata including an assortment of work from building envelope projects, water restoration and deck replacements - just to name a few. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute restoration and reconstruction projects.

**What you’ll be doing as a Lead Restoration Technician**:

- Attend to new claims and inspect progress and work quality throughout the project lifespan. PPE is available for use and at times is mandatory
- You are responsible for providing estimates on new jobs and managing each job from start to finish, while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services
- Throughout each project you manage, you inspect progress and work quality to ensure that emergency and rebuild timelines are met and in alignment with policy and guidelines
- Educate the client on the process of the timing of service delivery and realistic expectations for contents, emergency work, abatement and repairs
- Work with administration staff to ensure all administrative aspects of the jobs are performed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all relevant safety standards are followed according to Tarcott and WSBC requirements
- Water extraction, demolition, install and monitoring of drying equipment as well as various other duties

**What we’re looking for from you?**
- Experience in carpentry, abatement or water damage is required
- A valid driver license in good standing and reliable transportation with a satisfactory driver abstract
- Reliable and consistently punctual with an eye for detail and exceptional work ethic
- IICRC WRT certification will be a strong asset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
