Sorora Medical & Laser Clinic is hiring a confident, emotionally intelligent leader to step into a hybrid Clinic Manager role. You’ll help lead a small, high-performance team while performing advanced treatments using premium technology. **What Makes This Role Unique**
You’ll be our operational anchor and aesthetic expert - balancing client-facing care with behind-the-scenes leadership. From team development to consults to growth projects, you’ll play a key role in helping us scale.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead day-to-day operations, treatment coordination, and patient experience
- Perform advanced skin treatments up to 60% of the time, including Halo, Profractional, HydraFacial, SkinPen, Morpheus8, chemical peels, and Forever Clear BBL
- Co-manage MOAs and aesthetic staff, with a focus on consult training and efficiency
- Own inventory tracking, scheduling, and aesthetic reporting (Zenoti system)
- Collaborate on patient events, content planning, and in-clinic marketing

**Who You Are**
- A seasoned aesthetician or laser technician with 3+ years experience
- Organized, compassionate, and ready to lead others with positivity and structure
- A strong communicator who delivers confident consults and drives results
- Curious and comfortable with new tools, systems, and workflows
- Aligned with our values: inclusion, integrity, and education-first aesthetics

**Preferred**
- Experience with Sciton technology (Halo, BBL, Profractional, Moxi, etc.)
- Strong background in acne, skin of colour, or results-driven skincare
- Prior team leadership or operations exposure is an asset

**Compensation**
- $30-$32/hour depending on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to net aesthetic revenue
- Annual earning potential of $80,000+

Pay: $61,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
