We are looking to hire a positive, energetic, hardworking team player to be a part of the Contents Department.

About the Job:

The general Contents Technician responsibilities involve handling customers' contents from both a cleaning and packing perspective. Completing detailed structural cleaning and bringing the home back to pre-loss condition.

The Optimal Candidate:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work on call for after-hours emergency work
  • Cleaning experience an asset
  • Packing and moving experience an asset
  • Driver's license a must
  • Must be bondable

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete structural post construction cleaning in preparation for occupancy
  • Pack and list contents taking great care in handling customers' possessions
  • Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times
  • Complete daily electronic documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Complete warehouse/office cleaning work as required
  • Must be physically able to lift and move boxes
