**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking a **dedicated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable** individual to join our team as a **Store Manager or Sales Associate**. If you have **experience in retail, uniform supply, or tactical gear**, this is an exciting opportunity to work with public safety professionals and make a difference.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist customers in selecting uniforms, gear, and accessories
Provide expert guidance on uniform requirements for public sector professionals
Process sales transactions efficiently using a POS system
Maintain store organization, restock inventory, and assist in ordering products
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally
(For Manager Role) Oversee daily store operations, train staff, and drive sales

**Requirements**:

- **Retail or sales experience** (uniform or tactical gear industry preferred
- **Knowledge of public safety uniform requirements** is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage light stock lifting
- Leadership experience in a retail setting
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
