Medicine Hat, Canada Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. Full time

Matrix is hiring a full-time, permanent Plumbing Manager for a long-term project close to Medicine Hat, AB. This role provides extensive benefits and overtime. The salary is $30-$40/ hr, depending on experience. Our client is a progressive manufacturer, specializing in re-locatable structures and modular buildings.

**Schedule**:

- 10-hour shifts.
- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime after 8 hrs.

**License/Certification**:

- Plumbing Journeyman Ticket (preferred).

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Team Player.
- Good Organizational skills.
- Plumbing: 2 years (required).

**Specific Skills / Experience**:

- Review drawings, codes, specifications, and work scope for all projects.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, and gas fitting.
- Inspect the quality to meet the quality assurance program.
- The ability to manage multiple working crews is a requirement.
- Perform reviews for all workers and supervisors under your direction.
- Daily interaction with the office team to insure a smooth project cycle.
- Be able to suggest and implement new procedures to gain production/profitability.
- A plumbing ticket is required along with 2+ years of experience.
- Work towards LEAN manufacturing goals.
- Responsible to lead-safe work practices.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver's license. Public transportation is not available but company transportation may be available.
