**Your responsibilities as a **Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst **at Fix Network**:
Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Construct and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the performance and forecast the future of potential M&A targets.
- Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies,
- Manage and maintain internal financing model, including forecasting, assessing acquisition impacts on financial covenants, and suggesting enhancements.
Martet Research:
- Conduct industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and provide insights into market activity.
Due Diligence:
- Participate in due diligence processes, coordinating with various internal and external team members to assess the financial, operational, and legal aspects of M&A opportunities.
- Prepare due diligence reports summarizing findings and implications.
Deal Execution:
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Support the negotiation process by providing analytical support and insights.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage timelines and milestones for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure that the Fix Network management team is regularly updated on the integration schedule and strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in finance, or a related field with a focus on M&A,
- Bilingualism - French and English (written and spoken): the role involves dealing with French-speaking stakeholders and documents.
- Understanding of business valuation modelling and techniques (DCF, Trading Comps, and M&A Comps)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
