**Job Hiring: ATM & Debit Technician**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

This is a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Debit & ATM Technician responsibilities are (but not limited to):
1. Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel

2. Communicate account activities with the Director of Operations

3. Diagnose, repair, and install ATM and debit/credit machines

4. Proper recording of serial numbers and hardware information

5. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries related to ATM & debit machines

6. Be available for on call shifts for support and service

**QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Clean record check

2. High School diploma, college diploma or university degree is a strong asset

3. Valid and non-expired class 5 drivers license, or equivalent to Manitoba class 5

4. Strong organizational and communication skills, self-motivated, sense of urgency

5. Creative and analytical problem-solving skills

6. Familiarity with information technology

7. Ability to work unsupervised

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

1. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 20lbs to 150lbs. Equipment provided.

2. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, typical bends/crouches on a regular basis.
