Experience with the following will be considered an assets, but we will train the person with the right demeanor:
Invoicing customer

Creating orders

Developing relationships with customers and understanding their order patterns

An understanding of the sales process, experience in phone sales.

Ability to multitask, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Above average understanding of Microsoft word, excel and outlook

Knowledge and experience using inventory systems(Sap,trixio, Systum, etc.)

Typing speed of 60 wpm plus

An understanding of basic accounting principles (AR and AP experience)

The person we are seeking must possess the following;
A great sense of humor

Strong work ethic and meticulous when it comes to daily procedures

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment that changes from day to day

Willing to work in the office or the warehouse as needed

Willing to serve as back up to our supplier desk as needed

We are a Monday to Friday 7:30-4:30 operation (no weekends). Our warehouse is located on 32 Ave N.E.

This is an hourly position paying 17-20 per hour depending on experience. As well as profit sharing and health and dental benefits are available
