The Squamish Nation’s Yúustway Health and Wellness Department is seeking a Primary Care Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality, culturally safe care for our community. **What You’ll Do**:

- Provide clinical leadership and oversee daily operations of the Squamish Valley Primary Care Clinic.
- Ensure culturally appropriate, high-quality care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage budgets, funding agreements, and reporting to sustain and expand clinic services.
- Develop policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Build strong relationships with Vancouver Coastal Health, FNHA, and other partners to improve service delivery.
- Promote community engagement through health initiatives, patient communication, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with Squamish Nation employment policies, health & safety standards, and cultural safety practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A combination of education and experience in healthcare discipline, or a related field
- Experience in primary care, Indigenous health, or community-based services (preferred).
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to navigate trauma-informed care, cultural safety, and holistic health approaches.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and data analysis.
- Commitment to Squamish Nation values
- Proven leadership: ability to inspire teams, manage conflict, and drive results.
- Strong financial/budget management and reporting skills.
- Excellent communicator—diplomatic, clear, and adept at stakeholder engagement.
- Tech-savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and data analysis.
- Resourceful, organized, and solutions-focused.

**Salary**: $ 94,000 - $141,000
