Cooksville Hyundai is looking for a **Receptionist & Warranty Administrator **to join our team in Mississauga.

The **Receptionist **is the face of the dealership and works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

The **Receptionist** will also assist with processing warranty and internal repair orders.

**_ This role is for you if you thrive in a social environment, and you have strong resolution skills_**

**Job Duties**:

- Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
- Greeting and supporting customers.
- Maintains complete and accurate records for warranty claims.
- Coordinating and processing customer’s payments.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We Look For**:

- **Dealership experience is strongly preferred.**:

- **Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator is strongly preferred.**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- A strong team player who can work independently.
