**The Role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Updating the applicant tracking system as and ensure data accuracy

**Skills & Experience**:

- 1-3 years of office experience with a busy and challenging administration, support role or customer service environment is required.
- Working within a recruitment environment, including experience scheduling interviews is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
