**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Provide administrative support including typing, data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Handle incoming communications through multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and experience using QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail with effective proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.58-$30.63 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
