**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, a High-Angle Rescue Technician is primarily accountable for planning and providing High-Angle rescue standby to Creative Safety Solutions clients. This person thrives on being a safety leader and ensuring appropriate safety procedures, training and guidelines are in place.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide high-angle rescue support on-site.
- Champion the Company’s safety culture and recommend additional site-related rescue plans and procedures.
- Confined space rescue, air monitoring, atmospheric testing, spark/fire watch and gas detection.
- Ensure all on-site personnel work in a safe manner, are aware of safety regulations and comply with company and legislative requirements for OH&S.
- Take the lead and intervene in unsafe acts and conditions, take appropriate action, educate and influence appropriate safety behaviors.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Standard First Aid + CPR certifications
- High Angle Rescue / NFPA 1006 Compliant
- 1+ years relevant safety experience
- Authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid SIN.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday and possible night and weekends

Must have own vehicle

Work Location: In person
