Behaviour Technician

Responsibilities:
1. Implement Individual Behavior Support Plan (IBSP) and all other protocols and programs developed by the Assigned Clinician.
2. Collect daily data and monitor the progress and effectiveness of IBSP and all other protocols and programs developed by the Assigned Clinician.
3. Support the Assigned Clinician with training families, community members, and other staff on implementing the IBSP.
4. Participate in monthly group supervision.
5. Participate in weekly clinical team meetings.
6. Collect meeting minutes as assigned and share the minutes with the clinical team.
7. Participate in on-going 1-on-1 supervision with your assigned Clinical Supervisor.
8. Complete Technician Session Notes after every session with an assigned client.
9. Complete Parent and Guardian Interaction notes if working with parents or guardians.
10. Monitor and store data as per CFS’ Sync protocol.
11. Follow all policies, procedures, and SOPs developed by CFS.
12. Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
13. Complete other tasks as assigned by the Assigned Clinician.

Qualifications Needed:
1. Must be bilingual in English and French
2. High School Diploma
3. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (CFS will provide training and Clinical Supervisor).

Experience Needed:
1. 1+ years working with client with complex needs within Child and Youth Services.

Assets:
1. Specialized Training in Trauma Informed Care and Crisis Response.

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
