**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to execute construction tasks accurately
- Engage in restoration activities, ensuring that existing structures are maintained or improved.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, effectively for various tasks.
- Execute heavy lifting as required during the assembly and installation processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction estimating practices.
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques and flooring installation methods.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Capability of performing heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
- Experience in restoration projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. This position requires a dedicated individual who is ready to contribute their skills towards achieving high-quality results in various construction projects.
- Clean driving record and drivers license required

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
