This position will require someone to live within a reasonable driving distance from the project site. This is a great opportunity to be mentored by a knowledgeable and experienced Site Superintendent so you can grow your construction supervisory skills. **Qualifications** - A degree or diploma in engineering or previous experience in construction - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Capacity to efficiently prioritize and work under tight deadlines - Ability to invest the total hours required to deliver projects - Experience in construction, drawings, and specifications **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**: **General Duties** - Assist Superintendent with trade contractor management - Assist work conflicts and schedule challenges - Monitors quality plan - Supports Superintendent with implementation of ‘Project Execution Plan’ - Monitors trade performance and productivity tracking - Use of Structionsite for pictures / walk-throughs and infectious control review - Consistently collaborates with the project team and address issues as a tea - Assist in implementation of Construction Plan & Master Schedule - Monitors trade performance and productivity tracking - Take offs for Marco supplied materials /quantities - Help coordinate with receivables to site. Mostly Marcos procurement materials - Converse with the trades, learn what each trade has in their scope and understand what they are responsible for - Monitor the functionality and effectiveness of heaters and fans - Keep job clean and tidy with the assistance of subtrades - Perform daily carpenter and labor tasks **Safety Duties** - Support Superintendent in implementation of Project Specific HSE Plan - Help enforce Project HSE Policies, and Procedures - Complete mandatory HSE Training - Participates in monthly safety inspections as part of team inspections c/w PSI & JHA Audits per inspection - Participates in document incident investigation - Performs Orientations for trades, receives training records and imports to ProCore - Is part of the JOHSC meetings **Quality Management Duties** - Monitors quality plan / quality control - Assist field team with Interior QA/QC punch-outs & Architectural Deficiency Program & Tracking - Help review room readiness for finishing trades (i.e., flooring for material removal, garbage etc.) - Participates in Subtrade Quality Plan - Assist Conduct Constructability Reviews
