We are looking for individuals who will look at the bar just as a chef sees their kitchen, using the ingredients around them to create an inspired experience for their guests. Responsibilities Include:

- Keeping an Eye on the Details - Observe and discover guest preferences to personalize their bar experience
- Ensuring Professional Service - Share your knowledge of bar offerings with all patrons, make confident recommendations based on preferences, and ensure all items are served in a professional & personal manner
- Being a Team Player - Work positively alongside co-workers to coordinate a memorable dining experience for all patrons
- Setting Up Your Area for Success - Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar.
- Learn, Develop & Grow - Participate in training opportunities to develop strong food & beverage knowledge, and further your career

Job Requirements:

- Wine knowledge(WSET/ISG/CMS) an asset but not required
- Ability to work well within a team and support a team
- Excitement for excellent food and beverage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn, develop & grow
- Superb focus and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right people
- Must BC Responsible Service Certificate
- Kitchen experience will be seen an asset but not required.
