**Delivery / Yard Position**

Location: St.Thomas, Ontario

Position Type: Full-Time Permanent

**About the Role**

This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for delivering equipment using a pick-up truck and trailer

Some examples of activities you will be involved with:

- Performing pre-trip inspections on equipment loads, ensuring safety and roadworthiness prior to leaving the store with the load
- Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
- Complying with applicable legislation including safe operation, carriage of goods, drivers’ hours of service, and occupational health and safety
- Delivery of equipment utilizing the trailer
- Delivery of Large Ag equipment by driving equipment to site
- Manually handling heavy loads and weight - handle up to 23kg (50lbs)
- Performing facility and yard maintenance
- Organizing display of equipment

**What We Are Looking For**
- Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving abstract
- Class A Driver’s License an asset
- Two years of experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided
- Experience with agricultural machinery would be an asset
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, and flexible to work schedule, and extended hours
- Strong communication, and organization skills
