The BCFMA is responsible for supporting BC families by providing a free service to track and collect child and spousal support. What can I expect as an Enquiry Representative?*
In our world, no day is ever the same, but you can expect a typical day to include some combination of the following:

- As the first point of contact, the Enquiry Representative responds accurately to a wide range of enquiries while meeting our client service standards, in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Listening effectively to clients, while asking probing questions to gain a better understanding of our client’s needs.
- May interact with other organizations outside of BCFMA, while ensuring client related information remains confidential.

What education and experience will you need to be successful?*
- A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
- Strong MS Office skills and proficient keyboarding and data entry skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, utilizing effective conflict resolution skills and building rapport with others.

***Salary**: $36,795.00 per year
