**Company Overview**:

TerraLogix is built on providing excellent environmental management services while still providing cost effective environmental solutions for the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry. We are experienced in the development and coordination of environmental assessment programs, environmental project management and on-site project supervision. Currently TerraLogix’s offices are located in Calgary, Edmonton, and Medicine Hat, Alberta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and associated reporting.
- Conducting Phase 2 ESAs including but not limited to action plan development, supervision of drilling and soil & groundwater sampling activities, analytical interpretation, and technical report writing.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and supervision of remediation programs, including on-site supervision, contractor management and cost tracking.
- Experience with alternative remedial options including soil and groundwater treatment, Tier 2 implementation, and/or use of the Subsoil Salinity Tool would be considered an asset.
- the ability to assist with or supervise the installation, development and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells is considered an asset.
- Comply with Health and Safety policies and principles

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or other relevant Environmental Program with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Registration with a professional organization as either a professional or in-training.
- Competent in the field components of soil and vegetation assessments as well as reclamation procedures within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Experience in soil and vegetation reclamation activities in cultivated and forested ecosites would be considered an asset.
- Experience in soil and groundwater contaminated sites monitoring and remediation programs.
- Strong familiarity with ERCB Directives 50 and 58, Alberta Environment Reclamation Criteria (Green, White and Federal lands), Alberta Tier 1 and 2 Guidelines and CCME guidelines.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and technical writing skills and be able to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and provide leadership.
- Experience working British Columbia and/or Saskatchewan, and familiarity with the applicable oil and gas regulations would be considered an asset.

**Compensation**:
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
