**Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator**
**Location**: Markham, ON (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage documentation, system maintenance, schedules, and Freight Forwarder reports. Escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct product and vendor research to understand offerings, delivery capabilities, and logístical data (lead times, MOQs, shipping package sizes, weights, etc.).
- Maintain accurate information in the ERP system (NetSuite) related to inbound logistics.
- Own quality and shipment discrepancy claims while maintaining proactive supplier relationships.
- Coordinate the flow of materials and supplies from our Ontario and BC warehouses to retail locations, including order approvals, backorder management, and resolving store queries.
- Execute and coordinate outbound sales orders, including approvals, delivery schedules, and resolving issues such as mis-shipments or backorders.
- Process purchase orders, manage vendor confirmations, and coordinate shipment readiness in collaboration with Inbound Logistics.
- Support product sourcing by working with internal teams on supplier selection, product definition, costing, and inbound logistics.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Must have at least 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding, inbound/outbound logistics, or a related field.**:
- Strong knowledge of vendor and product research, supply chain processes, and ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with 3 days in-office in Markham, ON.

**Contract Details**:
This is a 12-month contract role. At the end of the contract period, we will review the possibility of transitioning the role to a permanent position based on company needs.
