- Lead the development and implementation of a global Marketing Technology strategy to achieve cost efficiencies, a full integration of our digital ecosystem and higher enablement to our global wholesale marketing functions.
- Responsible for the program meeting its overall objectives and responsible for ROI tracking and reporting, being comfortable dealing with and communicating on various types of data (i.e., operational, revenue, marketing). NOTE: this individual will be empowered to make operational decisions on behalf of the executive and project sponsor.
- Interact with C-level suite and Director/VP level on program and project success, key decisions etc.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams charged with implementing project objectives in the defined roadmap in addition to meeting project deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with our PMO team to establish project charters and plans for the program, developing resource plans for all independent projects including scope, budget, schedules, risks, and dependencies. This will include involvement in the implementation of an agile approach to program and project management, leading key action items such as project kick-offs and planning sessions with the goal of enabling functional teams to become self-organized and empowered.
- Collaborate with and build a strong working relationship with B2B Engagement Manager/s to ensure marketing technology strategy is aligned with business priorities and drives incremental revenue growth.
- Drive project execution, governance, monitor and track all project milestones and activities required by the business including the closure of all individual projects in the program
- Actively assess and manage risks, issues and clearly communicate escalations as and when required. Ensure all risks, issues and escalations are brought to resolution in a timely and mutually agreeable manner.
- Regularly communicate with all stakeholders and clients on project status; and assess current or future needs and priorities.
- Manage multiple SoWs and budgets aligned to different functional teams
- Produce and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, thorough meeting notes and follow up on action items to resolution.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Degree in business or technology.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project or program management, or B2B2C digital product development.
- 5+ years’ experience in designing and delivering CRM solutions, preferable in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of IT processes and underlying backend systems a strong plus (SAP, CRM, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing business requirements for enterprise marketing systems.
- Familiarity and experience in different project management methodology and techniques (i.e., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written, and oral presentation skills.
- Experience in modern methodologies around innovation and digital (lean, agile etc.)
- Strong business acumen and Project management experience.
- Experience in vendor and service provider negotiations.
- Experience as a collaborator who can work across operating styles and can bring together multiple perspectives.
- Strong communication skills - managing multiple Sonova stakeholders’ expectations and needs
- Proven ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, making smart feature vs time-to-market trade-offs.
- Strong team player.
