**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Utilize Salesforce and SharePoint for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, ensuring that team members are engaged and that progress is tracked effectively.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders using Confluence for documentation.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Scrum.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SharePoint, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Experience in vendor management and quality assurance processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.35-$29.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
