- Create purchase orders
- Printing, coding, and posting of vendor invoices
- Prepare cheque runs
- Reconciliation and posting of monthly credit card statements
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly intercompany billing and balancing of intercompany accounts
- HST preparation and filing
- Assisting with month end reconciliation and closing
**_Qualifications and Skills: _**
- Accounting Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in accounting
- Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage time in a productive and efficient manner
