Source Point Accounting is a full-service accounting firm in Cambridge, and we’ve been helping small business owners for over 25 years. We are looking for a full-time Intermediate/Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.

As part of our great bookkeeping team, you'll have onsite training as well as continued learning and development.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle bookkeeping
- Prepare payroll.
- Prepare and submit payroll source deductions, WSIB, HST, EHT, and Record of Employment.
- Ensure that accounts payables are accurate, properly coded, and authorized for payment.
- Post journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Calculate fixed asset and depreciation.
- Prepare T4 and T5 slips and summaries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Knowledge of T1 personal income tax preparation.
- Diagnose problems related to bookkeeping workflows, develop solutions, and communicate with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping for multiple clients is required.
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel is required.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, Dext, Wagepoint is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Easily learn new software and processes.

Schedule: Monday
- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
