**Job description - Landscaping Office Administrator**
Paradise LeisureScapes Saskatoon is now hiring for an office assistant for our landscaping division. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with some overtime availability in the summer months. Benefits & RRSP’s. We are seeking highly qualified individuals to join our team.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in Microsoft office programs, accounts payable & receivable, project management and/or construction experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing and processing invoices
- Managing the Landscaping Management Software
- Creating, manage, and process all client invoicing for the department while keeping precise record keeping
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create, Coordinate, and process estimates along with contract execution using our Landscaping Management Software
- Manage and process all invoices, change orders, and approvals to ensure timely processing and completion
- Monitor budget costs and maintain tracking
- Assist with the daily booking of contractors, suppliers, vendors, and in house labour force
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
- Document and regularly report the status of ongoing projects, targets, assignments and milestones to management
- Needs to be confident and fluent in all Microsoft programs
- Technically confident, competent, and strong organizational skills
- Maintain up-to-date inventories of materials
- General administrative office management duties
- Managing company correspondence and events
- Create and maintain a series of check-lists
- Liaison between in-house staff, contractors and clients
- Create, maintain and produce daily and Monthly reporting
- Data entry/filing, record keeping
- Previous Project management an asset
- Sage Experience and knowledge an asset
- LMN software knowledge an asset
- Any graphic design experience or programing as asset
**Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
