- Generate new leads through canvassing, networking, events, and referrals
- Schedule free roof assessments
- Educate homeowners on our rejuvenation process and metal roofing systems
- Close deals confidently and professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain a CRM (training provided)
- Collaborate with operations team for project scheduling and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales (home improvement or construction industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
