HRis & Data Analytics Specialist

The HRIS & Data Analytics Specialist** **will report directly to the Chief Diversity Officer & Head of Talent Strategies.

**Key Duties and Responsibilites**
- Provides systems support to all HRIS end-users at all levels in the organization.
- Provide first level employee support and general inbox management/escalation.
- Develops and maintains HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity, continuous improvements HRIS functionality by resolving problems and recommending solutions to meet requirements and in keeping with company’s quality management systems.
- Oversee & manage all aspects of the HR information systems to include administration, integration, maintenance, optimization, upgrades, security, utilization, user access & licenses, etc.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing data to ensure it is accurate.
- Defines requirements, implements, and manages the core HR System.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for various modules via ServiceNow.
- Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support.
- Performs user-acceptance testing, researches data discrepancies, confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and ensures information is available on a timely basis.
- Identifies and recommends technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.
- Partners with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements.
- Designs and executes reporting and analytics strategy. Develops information to be included in presentations, reports, charts, and graphs.
- Develops and delivers training, user guides, and facilitates communications to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
- Leads teams through system and process changes.
- Acts as a key partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in HR Systems and be relentless in seeking continuous improvement.
- Complete other tasks and projects as required.

**Work Location : Mississauga ( Hybrid)**

Job Qualification

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Human Resources or Business Management an asset
- CHRP/CHRL designation or in-process is an asset.

**Experience**
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HRIS experience inclusive, experience with Peoplesoft highly preferred, or other HRIS, along with strong problem-solving skills
- 5 years of experience in analytical modeling & analytics with relevant tools
- Capable of communicating and supporting employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build strong partnerships with external vendors & partners
- Exceptional ability to listen to the voice of the employee.
- Experience in leading projects and process changes.
- Strong analytical mind with a sense of urgency and self-initiative for growth and development.
- Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Experience in developing comprehensive reporting trends, metrics, and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure
- Respect for confidential information obtained internally and externall
