As a **Field Manager **at **Penningtons **you will report to The District Manager and lead a group of stores within the Ottawa and surrounding area (Kingston, Peterborough, Belleville). You would be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence as well as delivering a diverse, inclusive and rewarding employee experience.

**Day in the Life (What you’ll do)**
- Drive and motivate store performance by leading effective store visits focused on influencing and fostering behaviors to achieve financial goals and uphold brand initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with your teams and business partners to bring forward business plans and strategies that are specific to the success of your assigned area.
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain high performing store leaders while also building a succession planning.
- Coach and develop store managers by setting clear expectations, providing detailed goals and managing performance appropriately.
- Uphold all Reitman (Canada) LTD. policies and procedures.

**Qualifications** Who you are? (What you will bring)**
- You will have 1 (+) years of experience in Multi-Unit Management or 5 (+) years of Single Unit Management experience.
- Post-Secondary Education is an asset.
- Proven ability to drive results, educate and coach store leaders on managing their priorities and ensuring exceptional customer experience using all available channels (Onmi Channel Approach)
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, train and succession plan with the intent to build and sustain a high performing sales team.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to deliver on their merchandising capabilities.
