Location**:101- 3465 Platinum Dr, Mississauga, ON L5M 7N43**

**Open Time: 12pm-12am (can work in shift 11-5 or 5-12)**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Prepare our full menu of quality beverages, toppings and desserts by adhering to company standard operating procedures
- Operate POS, credit card/debit card and delivery app terminals
- Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock from storage and assisting with inventory orders when needed
- Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store
- Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines and COVID standards and protocols
- May be required to lift and carry up to 25 kg

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service skills in person and on phone - polite, efficient and great attitude
- Quick learner, strong organizational skills, team player and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, pro-active, problem solver and able to handle tasks with minimum supervision
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Act with integrity and honesty
- Prior Retail, Food and/or Customer Service experience an asset
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
