Inside Sales Representative/customer Service Representative

**Job Overview**
The inside sales representative/customer service representative is responsible for processing and handling customer orders and inquiries, tracking inventory, and communicating with other departments to ensure the order fulfillment process is successful. They excel in communicating with customers and other teams and have great organizational skills with the ability to multitask and still meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering and transferring incoming calls.
- Reviewing and verifying order information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Entering and processing customer orders into the ERP system in a timely manner.
- Communicating with sales representatives and/or customers on issues or discrepancies.
- Ensuring that customer orders are being fulfilled and shipped on time.
- Responding to customer inquiries (ie. order status updates, shipping information, etc.).
- Reviewing and processing RMAs for customer returns.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all orders and order related documents
- Assisting with inventory management and tracking of stock levels to ensure availability for customer orders.
- Assisting in the showroom, when needed.

**Knowledge/Experience and Skills**

Required:

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred:

- Previous experience with Prophet 21 (P21)
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service, order desk, part counter or call center role

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
