As part of the accounting team, you will participate in the active management of our accounts payable while contributing to the maintenance of our good relations with our suppliers.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Coordinate and prioritize all activities related to accounts payable
- Act as a resource person for the Accounts Payable Officer
- Coordinate the registration of invoices in the system and payments, verify statements of account and address discrepancies
- Take charge of problematic files and ensure follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce various types of monthly reports (month-end accruals, indirect and environmental tax rebates, etc.)
- Actively participate in the optimization of our processes

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- DEC in accounting, administration or equivalent training
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge of an ERP system
- Good knowledge of the Office suite: Excel and Outlook

**Personal skills required**:

- Great organizational skills, autonomy and initiative
- Ability to manage a large volume of files
- Ability to work in a team, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Rigor, discretion and concern for confidentiality
