IT Site Supervisor

**About the Roles**:
**What you will do regularly**:
- **Managing accounts payable and receivable; Handle requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, payments, and collections.**:

- **Supervise and lead all on-site IT operations, including desktop, laptop, network, server, printers, telephones, and systems support.**:

- **Participate in daily meetings with plant and business leadership to address IT-related concerns.**:

- **Manage and mentor a local IT support team and ensure the development of the team's skills.**:

- **Support and complies with the incident and request management process via a ticketing system and complies with the SLA in place.**:

- **Ensure that IT security policies are enforced.**:

- **Ensure that the inventory of IT equipment is sufficient to meet the needs of the business.**:

- **Collaborate with all departments, including manufacturing, to identify and implement technology solutions aligned with business needs.**:

- **Act as the liaison between Drummondville and Plattsburgh for IT related concerns and collaborate with this team to implement solutions.**:

- **Follow local IT budgets, manage procurement, and contracts.**:

- **Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.**:

- **Work closely with vendors for procurement, support contracts, and solution implementation.**:

- **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and support IT infrastructure**

**Minimum Requirements**:
All applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **7+ years of hands-on IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.**:

- **General working knowledge of networking, servers, desktop support, and enterprise systems.**:

- **Experience with vendor and project management.**:

- **Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven setting.**:

- **Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.**
