We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors, playing a vital role in ensuring that their experience is positive from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet students, parents, and visitors warmly and provide them with the information or assistance they need.

Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information about our programs and classes.

Manage the scheduling of classes, appointments for instructors, and facility bookings.

Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Collect and process payments for classes, memberships, and merchandise.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

Communicate any feedback or concerns from students and visitors to the management.

Assist in coordinating and promoting events, including social media updates.

Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

A genuine interest in martial arts and community engagement.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent training, providing superior customer service skills; or possess a major in entertainment and media (including film and television), hospitality and restaurant
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Possess a flexible schedule which allows availability days, nights, holidays, and overtime when needed; have good communication skills to effectively speak with patients, families, referral sources, employers, co-workers and authorities.
- Have a professional appearance and strong customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-29 per week

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
