**Responsibilities**
- Carry out activities related to installation, preparation, removal, conversion, service, maintenance, and upgrading of gaming systems and equipment in the field
- Perform all prep tests including assurance hardware, firmware, and system interfaces are accurate and functional
- Respond to customer issues, reaching out to the senior technician when needed
- Document repair, preventative maintenance, machine prep, standard power analysis, and pre-site work
- Identify and coordinate the ordering of parts when needed
- Follow documentation, policies, and procedures and perform tasks without supervision
- Troubleshoot while tracking and reporting issues to management
- Educate customers on basic game functionality
- Maintain a positive image of Interblock with co-workers and Interblock’s customers
- Work in a team-oriented environment
- Adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers
- Travel to customer sites as required
- Perform other duties assigned by the management team

**Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Diploma or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ service technician experience
- 3+ years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- The position requires lifting up to 50 lb. on a frequent basis, kneeling, crouching, and standing.
- Clear driving record
- The job requires frequent travel of up to 80% in the surrounding area
- Must be able to pass all background tests and drug testing
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
